  • Learn and master all positions, including but not limited to, order taking, bagging, expediter, etc.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Must be 16+

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency

  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

  • Positive attitude, servant heart, and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

  • Treat team & guests with honor, dignity, and respect

  • Have a coachable spirit & growth mindset

Requirements for Full-Time consideration:

  • Available to open or close 5 days a week.

  • Available during peak lunch or dinner time.

  • Have 40 or more hours of total availability.

  • Must be 18 years old or out of high school.

  • Will be scheduled 5-6 days a week for 35-40 hours.

  • Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
