• Our Kitchen Team Member / BOH Crew Members work in a fast paced, high energy environment.

• In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.

• Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week.

• Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.

• It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.

• The responsibility of our kitchen staff is to produce the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Must be 16+

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work with a sense of urgency

• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

• Positive attitude, servant heart, and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

• Treat team & guests with honor, dignity, and respect

• Have a coachable spirit & growth mindset

Requirements for Full-Time consideration:

• Available to open or close 5 days a week.

• Available during peak lunch or dinner time.

• Have 40 or more hours of total availability.

• Must be 18 years old or out of high school.

• Will be scheduled 5-6 days a week for 35-40 hours.

• Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
